Dear Daniel,

 

We arrived back safely yesterday evening.  I wish to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff very much for the wonderful hospitality we had at your hotel.  Our particular thanks go to Mr Paulo at the reception, Mr Carlos and all the other staff in the dining who worked tirelessly round the clock.  We hope to be able to come again in the near future.

 

We will keep you in mind each time we organize future meetings.
