From November 11th 2009, the restaurant Bellagio and the Sinatra's bar, both located at the Hotel Royal Plaza
Montreux offer new restaurant menus with seasonal products.
Prepared by our new Chef, Mr Emmanuel Colier, this new menu is proposing classic dishes but mixed with some exotic touches like the Rolled smoked salmon served with wasabi milk, enoki and
sprouts.
Before to join the Royal Plaza Montreux, Emmanuel Colier worked in France for several michelin star restaurants. We are sure that Emmanuel will help us to reach a new level of food
quality.
I personnally tasted last week the "baked chicken breast" and that was amazing. I could easily cut the meat with a fork......the secret seems to be the cooking at low temperature
!!!!
I will try to convince him to give us some recipes that I will of course share with you.
