We mentioned you already a few months ago that the Canada will be the guest of honor of this Montreux Noël edition.
In order to discover their cuisine, 4 hotels (two 5 star & two 4 star) will create some dishes on their menu around some fixed themes.
Fairmont the Montreux Palace: Beef from Alberta (wisent)
Royal Plaza Montreux & Spa: Lobster from the Madeleine Island.
Suisse & Majestic: Salmon from Canada
Eurotel Riviera: Ham in maple syrup.
