The easiest way to reach the Rocher de Naye from Montreux is to take the cog-railway that hugs the side of the mountain and which allows you to reach
one of the most beautiful panoramic viewpoint in Switzerland.
On the top of this mountain you will have a chance to eat a fondue into the panoramic restaurant.
Do not forget that with your riviera card, you will get a discount on that train.
Below a quick video of the train that will help you to reach the Rocher de Naye at 2045 meters.
Of course you can also walk there but take some good shoes!!
