Good Morning Emeline,

I just wanted to offer you and the staff of the Royal Plaza my personal thanks for your flawless support and excellent service over the running of the recent Honda Eur Afr East Convention 2008.

Throughout my stay the Royal Plaza provided the very highest levels of service and flexibility, even when we were challenged by mystery arrivals and accommodating our delegates varied requirements.

I would like to offer special thanks to Sana from your reception team, on our arrivals day she was worth her weight in gold and I believe that she dedicated herself far beyond the boundaries of what was expected from her.

I am not sure if or how you recognise and reward exceptional service among your staff, however I would gladly nominate Sana in recognition for her outstanding efforts.

In addition Paulo, Veronique from your front desk and the team who ran the buffet room provided us with invaluable support during the time we spent with you.

Finally my thanks to you, it was a genuine pleasure to meet you and I once again offer you my personal thanks for all the work you put in to ensure all our Honda delegates enjoyed their time in Montreux, in the opinions of all I have spoken to the Royal Plaza exceeded their expectations by far.

In the days since the Convention I have promised myself that I will return to Montreux with my wife as a tourist, the region, the hotel and the experience has been of great value to me and I shall be making plans to return during 2009.

With that in mind I hope we have the opportunity to meet again.
