It has taken a few days to get on top of emails and collect feedback. In

particular some tough business issues are being faced by our Russian

business so our focus has moved on quickly to managing these.

Rexam was really delighted with the weekend - apart from the weather

which you could not control!

The logistics, hotel, guides and entertainment were all of the highest

standard. This is quite an achievement so our congratulations to all of

you. In particular I would like to thank the dedication of you all to

making the experience very special for our guests. Galina/Gennady,

please add any additional comments.

A new standard has been set which sets the bar very high for 2009!

Over the next few months we will summarise our learnings as we start to

think about 2009
