In 1971, the casino of Montreux where the Jazz festival used to take place completly burnt during the concert of Franck Zappa. Deep Purple, the famous British hard rock band who were
enjoying time on their balcony at the Eden Palace, composed this famous song referring to the smoke on Lake Geneva.
